The GREENET Brokerage Event, organised by GREENET, the network of Horizon Europe Cluster 5 National Contact Points, and jointly supported by Net4Society and the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), will bring together stakeholders interested in developing project proposals and finding international partners for the 2027 calls of Horizon Europe Cluster 5: Climate, Energy and Mobility.
The main objective of the event is to support organisations planning to apply for the 2027 calls by facilitating new partnerships, developing project ideas and building international consortia.
The event will take place onsite in Brussels on 19 November 2026. Participants will have the opportunity to present their project ideas through 3-minute pitching presentations and meet potential partners in 20-minute one-to-one meetings .

The event will focus on the main areas of the forthcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 5 calls for 2027:
Climate sciences and responses, cross-sectoral solutions for the climate transition, sustainable, secure and competitive energy supply, efficient, sustainable and inclusive energy use, clean and competitive solutions for all transport modes, safe and resilient transport and smart mobility services for passengers and goods, and Social Sciences and Humanities.
The event is open to universities, research centres, SMEs and large companies, municipalities, public authorities and governmental organisations, associations and federations, NGOs, clusters and hubs, Social Sciences and Humanities experts, and other R&D stakeholders.
Future coordinators and potential project partners from EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries are encouraged to participate.

Participation is free of charge; however, registration and profile activation are mandatory.
During registration, participants are required to select the topics of their interest and publish at least one “Project Cooperation” opportunity in the Marketplace section , , describing the expertise they offer or seek in relation to their selected topics.

The GREENET Brokerage Event is organised in conjunction with the Horizon Europe Cluster 5 Info Day taking place on the same day. Separate registrations are required for the official Info Day and the GREENET Brokerage Event.
Participation in the onsite GREENET Brokerage Event is linked to registration for the official Cluster 5 Info Day. Brokerage Event organisers will validate only participants who have registered for both events .
The brokerage event is intended to support the development of Horizon Europe project ideas and partnerships. It is not designed as a conventional buyer–seller event or as a platform for selling consultancy services.
